Tai-Tai's gathering on 9th April

It is yet another Tai-tai's gathering that i've been looking forward to since i've been informed last weekend... more to come!

Not forgetting BB En Yu ... he is sitting comfortably in his own stroller while we chatted away :) Hope BB En Yu will have friends soon to play wif him so that he won't be lonely while his mommy is engaged wif the other Tai-tais...^^

Hb bought a new pair of shades, and i happily tried it on BB En Yu... not bad, got the superstar look~ Yo! Baby, u rock!!

Taichung 1 day trip

We went to Taichung over the weekend. To me, this gathering is not about Taichung..in fact, there isn't much there...What matters most is the COMPANY!

It's always fun to hang out in a big group :)

BB En Yu's Tummy time!

This is BB En Yu's Tummy time... to practice lifting his head & strengthening his neck muscles. He loved it, but not for long... (head too heavy lah)^^

deQuervain's tendinitis．．．aka 媽媽手

Have been feeling pain over the thumb side of the wrist ever since i delivered BB En Yu. Got to find out that it is the much talkabout '媽媽手' ... the proper term seemed to be 'deQuervain's tendinitis' (i looked up the net), which is an inflammation of the sheath or tunnel that surrounds two tendons that control movement of the thumb. Fathers' do get them too (then it's called '爸爸手'). Caused by too much carrying of baby etc, the pain is getting worse lately... maybe i should look up a doc and seek treatment :(

BB En Yu's progress

Currently @ 3 mths +, BB En Yu has progressed alot i must say...

• He is getting BIGGER (his clothes which used to seem too big are now fitting nicely).

• He is moving both his arms and legs(kickin') very actively nowadays.

• He is able to respond (smile, laugh, shriek) spontaneously when u talk or play with him.

• His sleep routine is getting normal ~ he goes to bed @ 10.30pm and wakes up around 9~10 am. YAY!

• He almost sleeps through the night, waking up for just one feed @ 5.30am.
