Cabbie driver made my day!

Met a NICE cabbie driver today. In the car, he started chatting about the soaring school fees for the universities in Singapore. And i commented that somewhere around 10 years ago when i studied BA in NUS, it was only around SGD 4K a year... He paused for a few seconds, and asked me: " U over 30s liao?" U would think that i will be offended, right? No lah, cos' he sounded surprised and then he said i look like i'm in the twenties only... :) And he continued to say i am very independent, bringing a 4 month old baby out by myself. He might be pitying me, that how come there's no one to help me but anyway, i take it that it's a compliment. Hmm.

Little angel or monster?

It has now reached the stage where BB En Yu loves to cling on people, just like the way monkeys love to hang on trees... ^^ He can be very cranky at times which simply drives me nuts! But when i stare at him every night while he is sound asleep, he just looks like a little angel to me :) I am in contradict.

OK... no matter what, he is still... an angel to me and i love love love him.

BB En Yu is now a Singapore Citizen!

I brought BB En Yu to ICA to collect his Certificate of Singapore Citizenship today. By virtue of his birth in Taiwan, he is automatically a Taiwan citizen. However, his mommy me is a SINGAPOREAN ( am loyal to my home country & will never ever give up my citizenship~), therefore, by descent, I can register BB En Yu to become a minor citizen of Singapore. Meaning he is now holding dual citizenship, which by the time he reaches the age of 21 he needs to take an Oath of Renunciation, Allegiance and Loyalty (to either give up or retain the citizenship of Singapore). Baby, u must be proud to be a Singapore citizen. Mommy will teach u how to sing Ma-ri-ki-ta!

Chloe accidentally recorded this video while wanting to take a pic of me and BB Enyu. On second look, i realized BB Enyu was blowing bubbles from the leftover milk in his mouth...cute neh^^

I am Cookie munchster!

I LOVE cookies! I love to munch them for breakfast, for tea-breaks and during the middle of the nights when i'm hungry. Have a soft spot for Marks & Spencer biscuits lately... Whenever i dropped by Marks & Spencer, i just cannot resist the temptation to pop in the food section and grab some. And i am sooooooo glad that they have opened a store in Taipei .

I know it's fattening... i know..i know...i know.....

Online shopping!

Well, nowadays, it's pretty difficult for me to go out and buy clothes on my own... since i've got to bring BB En Yu wif me and it's not possible at all times to push the stroller into the fitting room. I can't convince myself to leave him outside of the fitting room wif the sales lady actually. I'm a housewife but i also need to doll up too^^. One friend of mine has encouraged me to try online shopping... ok, my figure is NOT perfect, but many of the clothes sold online fits the S-M size category (which i happen to fall in). Hence, me went online on Monday and bought 2 tops which i pretty liked. And today, i received the parcel! This seller is good & prompt ~ i received my items within 2 days! And there is a Thank you note attached :) I love the prompt delivery and also, what i see is what i get. Will try more online shopping when i return to Taiwan......it's cheaper and more choices available~~~~

Afternoon Tea @ Royal Copenhagen Tea Lounge

Finally went to a Chinese physician today to seek treatment for my injured hand. It's getting serious and i can't wait any longer. Mom and Sis went wif me, hence, after seeing the physician, i decided we should go for an afternoon tea together @ Royal Copenhagen Tea Lounge in Takashimaya. Yes, it's afternoon tea AGAIN~~~ i know^^. But, it's also a quality time well spent wif my family, chit-chatting over a pot of tea and some cakes. 難得回家一躺嘛！

I feel so sinful~~~

Bought these earlier before going to Tatsuya for dinner.

As i'm writing this post, i've already gobbled up one of the doughnuts and 2 pcs of the biscuits. Sh*t.
